I will Watch the Watchmen... twice
Everyone in the internet/comic-geek/anything-that-is-nerdy communities have heard of the Watchmen movie (based on the graphic novel written by Alan Moore (the only comic book to be on the New York Times top 100 books list) ). It is scheduled to release March 6 (2009 if ur reading this from the distant future), BUT producers are saying that if it does well enough they will release the directors cut in theaters early July (I have never heard of this happening before, but hey I will go see it twice). Plus the DVD will feature the pirate comic-story (its a comic within the comic).
"Who Watches the Watchmen?" - Watchmen Comice (it is also their poster logo for the movie)

Facebook undo
Facebook is undoing its recent change to its terms of service. The change sparked controversy from its many users, stating that all status updates, photos, and videos uploaded belong to facebook even after the account is deleted. Now that they have deleted it though, users are much more happy (including me :)

LOOK WHAT I MADE
I have made a picture showing the Principles of Design (or POD) using Adobe Photoshop CS4. I have made words look different based on what they describe.

Pirates are a dieing breed
The Pirate Bay is being sued. They have been sued a million times before, but this one is big.. like REALLY BIG. The charge is accessory to breaking copyright laws. If they lose they will have to pay 185,000 dollars or 2 years in jail, but if they win... then they win and nothing happens > . >
so ya go download BitTorrent if you already haven't and download everything you possibly can because pirate bay may not be their in the near future.

O noes a satellite!
The RUSSIANS arrrrh back (yes im a pirate), and with a vengeance. The Russians crashed one of their satellites into one of ours (Stollands pay back from the grave). Now they claim is was an "accident", but I have good reason to believe that it was on purpose (I don't really have any reason, but it adds comedic effect to what otherwise would be a droll report). The 2 satellites have left a whole mess of debris, which is a threat to the space station (the debris might, you know, crash into it). So ya, the russians are going to kill us... maybe... ok not really...

Mac gives Facebook da boot
Macintosh has banned Facebook from its store computers. Since everyone who comes into mac stores (including me) uses their store computers for personal use, checking my email, playing some games, and (up until now) checking my facebook. I can understand why they band it, they don't want their stores to be packed with people updating their status. But still banning it all together seems a little harsh, maybe just limit the time people can be on facebook instead? Well in the long run it doesn't really matter but I need something to report on... here is a funny picture

Review: Google Earth 5.0
Today I am going to review the new Google Earth. Like everything with the google brand it is still in beta (gmail has been in beta for 5 years) but is has some insane new features. One of the biggest things is the new ocean google had made. It now shows sunken ship spots water sport events and even migration breeding spots for certain aquatic life. Google also overhauled the graphics the water now moves in a current like real water the mountains look better than ever and the shadows (which can be changed0by changing the time day year) are so ridiculously amazing that I don't know how to end this sentence. Never mind I figured it out. But I digress the last new feature (and a personal favorite) is Mars. Yes Mars, the planet in space we always hear about, you can now tour mars just like you can earth. You spin earth around, zoom in, and see all the places of intrest... places on intrest on mars... hmmm... ok

Myspace- Sex offenders
90,000 sex offenders were removed from Myspace today, double their goal for the year... Really? they have a goal for how many sex offenders should be removed! They shouldn't even have sex offenders! They should find a way to have them kicked automatically, or something! My little brother has a myspace account! WHAT IF HE WAS SEXUALLY OFFENDED! Probaly not thought he has never used it once (haha you were concernd for a second there weren't ya?). But seriously I am concernd for everyone who uses myspace (even though facebook is better), you should be protected on the internet, not abused or offended (sexualy or other wise).
Gooday
