South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone got a signed picture of Sadam Husane from the U.S. Military. In addition as a punishment Sadam was forced to watch South Park: Bigger, Better, and Un-Cut... you know the one where Sadam "plays patty-cake" with the Devil... You know what I mean...
